From the business: account details (name, email). From club members: name, phone, email and birth date (optional) - as collected by the business at signup.
2. How we use it
To operate the club: issuing the card, accruing points/stamps, sending push notifications and rewards. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Data controller
The business is the controller of its customers' data; Smartick is the processor acting on its behalf. The business is responsible for obtaining consent from its customers as required.
4. Security
Data is stored on secure servers, passwords are hashed, and secrets (wallet certificates) are kept outside the database. Traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
5. Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law and GDPR, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data. Contact the business that issued the card, or us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for operation (login session). Analytics run only with consent and as anonymously as possible.
