1. General
These terms govern your use of the Smartick platform (the "Service") for issuing digital loyalty cards. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Your account
The business is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity in its account. Report any unauthorized use immediately.
3. The Service and cards
Smartick issues cards in Apple and Google wallets on behalf of the business (platform-signing). The business is responsible for the content, rewards and club terms it publishes to its customers.
4. Payments
The free plan is provided at no cost. Upgrading to a paid plan is billed in advance (monthly/yearly). Prices exclude VAT. A tax invoice is issued as required by law.
5. Fair use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to mislead customers, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the event.
